Built to finish what we start.
New Hampshire Netsys was built on a simple observation: most businesses do not need more advice. They need someone who will stay long enough to see the advice through.
Our story
Why the firm works this way.
We started New Hampshire Netsys after years of watching capable businesses get handed strategies written for someone else — plans that assumed a labor market, a customer density, or a capital environment they did not actually have.
So we built a firm that does two things well and refuses to pretend it does more. We help leadership teams decide where to go, and we build the financial infrastructure that tells them whether they're getting there. When a client needs legal, tax, or technical work outside that scope, we say so and point them to someone who does it properly.
Most of our work arrives by referral, which is the only marketing metric we've ever really trusted.
How we operate
Four commitments we don't negotiate
Say the hard thing
If the plan won't work, or the business can't afford the engagement, you hear it in the first meeting.
Everything in writing
Scope, fee, timeline, and findings. Nothing important lives only in a conversation.
Independent by design
No referral fees, no product commissions, no vendor relationships that could color a recommendation.
Finish the handoff
An engagement isn't done when the deliverable ships. It's done when your team can run it without us.
Our approach
We work inside the business, not next to it.
Consulting fails when the consultant never leaves the conference room. Our diagnostics involve talking to the people doing the work — the estimator, the office manager, the crew lead — because that's where the real constraint usually lives.
- Interviews before analysis. We ask what's slow and what's frustrating before we open a spreadsheet.
- One source of truth. We reconcile the numbers everyone is arguing about before we build anything on top of them.
- Plans with owners. Every recommendation gets a name and a date, or it doesn't go in the document.
- Follow-through built in. We check back at 30, 60, and 90 days whether or not you retain us.
Leadership
Who you'll actually be working with
Small by choice. Every engagement is led by the founder, not handed down.

How we show up
On site when it matters, remote when it doesn't
Diagnostics and decision sessions are worth doing in the room. Reporting calls, model reviews, and check-ins are not. We plan travel around that distinction rather than billing you for it.
Curious whether we're a fit?
One conversation is usually enough to tell. It's free, it's confidential, and there's no follow-up sequence waiting for you.
