Strategy & Financial Advisory

Clear thinking for the next stretch of road.

New Hampshire Netsys works alongside owners and executives on the decisions that actually move the business — where to grow, what it will cost, and how to fund it without losing your footing.

Independent advisory. No products to sell, no commissions — just the recommendation.

Who we are

Two disciplines that belong in the same conversation.

Most consulting engagements fail in the gap between the recommendation and the arithmetic. A plan gets written by one group, the budget by another, and nobody reconciles the two until the money is already spent.

We combine strategy and management consulting with hands-on finance and accounting advisory — because a plan without numbers is a wish, and numbers without a plan are just history.

  • Senior people on every engagement. The person who scopes your project is the person who does the work.
  • Fixed-scope proposals. You know the cost and the deliverables before we start.
  • Built to hand off. We leave your team with the model, the process, and the reasoning.
More about the firm

What we do

Two practices, one conversation

Most of our clients need both: a direction worth committing to, and the financial machinery to survive getting there.

How we work

Four steps, no mystery

Engagements are scoped in writing before they begin. You always know what week you are in and what comes out of it.

1

Consultation

A 60-minute working session — free, and useful whether or not you hire us. We listen, ask hard questions, and tell you what we think.

2

Diagnostic

Two to three weeks inside the numbers and the operation. Interviews, data, and a written read on what is actually constraining the business.

3

Plan & model

A prioritized plan with owners and dates, backed by a financial model you can run yourself. No 90-slide deck nobody opens twice.

4

Execution support

Monthly or quarterly cadence while the plan is live — reporting, course corrections, and a call when something changes.

Why clients choose us

Advice you can act on Monday

One team, start to finish

The advisor who scopes your engagement runs it and is still there at the handoff. Nothing gets passed down to someone you have not met.

Numbers-first, always

Every recommendation carries a cost, a timeline, and an expected return. If we cannot quantify it, we say so plainly.

We work ourselves out of a job

Our aim is capability, not dependency. The models, dashboards, and processes we build belong to you and are documented for your team.

Industries

Sectors we know well

We are generalists by training and specialists by repetition. These are the industries where we have done the most work.

  • Construction & trades
  • Government contracting
  • Professional services
  • Healthcare practices
  • Hospitality & tourism
  • Manufacturing
  • Energy & utilities
  • Nonprofits & foundations

Let's talk about what's in front of you.

The first conversation is free and confidential. Bring a problem, a decision, or a set of numbers that isn't adding up.
